Budapest Swimming World Cup - Preview

Following the successes from last season, Oliver kicks off his 2023/24 season with some long course racing in the Duna Arena in Budapest, Hungary at the World Aquatics Swimming World Cup.
Oliver is entered in the 50, 100 & 200m Backstroke events which are due to take place from the 20th to 22nd of October, 2023. He will be racing the likes of reigning World Record Holder of the long course 100m Backstroke; Thomas Ceccon as well as World Record Holder in the Short Course 200m Backstroke - Mitchell Larkin.
There is also a number of other seasoned world-class athletes competing this weekend including brits; Adam Peaty and Ben Proud, World & Commonwealth Champion Sam Short, and Chinese World Record Holder Qin Haiyang.

200m Backstroke - 20th October
50m Backstroke - 21st October
100m Backstroke - 22nd October
Heats are due to take place at: 8:00
Finals are due to start at: 16:30
