"We then travelled to Rome for the Sette Colli Swim meet, at what is said to be one of the most scenic pools in the world! Here I raced all three backstroke events, coming away with three A-final appearances and my times across the events being in and around where we expected for the part of training cycle I’m in. Moving forward into worlds now, I fly out to Kagoshima with the team for a holding camp before then going on to Fukuoka where racing starts on the 23rd July."
